Investanexo provides business plan writing services for entrepreneurs seeking to apply for funding programs, incubator participation, or entrepreneurship competitions. Our services include:
- Writing business plan documents based on information you provide
- Structuring information according to specific program requirements
- Organizing financial projections from your data and assumptions
- Formatting documents to meet submission guidelines
Service Limitations
Our services do not include:
- Financial advisory services or business strategy consulting
- Guarantees of funding approval or program acceptance
- Application submission or management on your behalf
- Legal, accounting, or tax advice
Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business concept
- Review draft documents and provide timely feedback
- Verify all information in the final document for accuracy
- Handle all application submissions and communications with funding programs
- Make payment according to agreed terms
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the business plan document we create for you. However, we retain the right to use general methodologies, templates, and processes developed in providing our services. You may not resell or redistribute our document templates or methodologies.
Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of business information you provide during the engagement. We will not disclose your business information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit permission.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Services are typically billed based on project scope and complexity. Payment is required before final document delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions and Modifications
Service agreements typically include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. Significant changes to project scope may require renegotiation of terms and pricing.
Disclaimers
We provide business plan writing services but make no guarantees regarding:
- Approval of your funding application
- Acceptance into incubator or accelerator programs
- Success in entrepreneurship competitions
- Business success or financial outcomes
The business plan document reflects information you provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy of all business information, financial projections, and strategic decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investanexo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement according to terms specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Veracruz, Mexico.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
